Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $30,000-$40,000

## Job Description

This role works directly with the Build Team manager to build, troubleshoot, and test Timeclock Kiosks which are used by employees of school districts for payroll time recording.

Responsibilities Include: 

- Assemble computer Kiosks for orders
- Prepare parts for future orders
- Maintain an organized storage area
- Create Invoices based on PO requirements
- Package and ship orders to customers
- Communicate with clients to verify compatibility of technology
- Work with Support to manage and implement fixes for Production
- Maintain a well tracked/organized inventory
- Identify/troubleshoot issues with Windows OS builds
- Deploy images to computer Kiosks
- Update and Maintain Images to be used in Production
- Plan, work on, and present specific quarterly goals for the team
- Document and track individual system information for record keeping
- Create Demo units and coordinate their deployment with Sales

 

Requirements:

- Adept understanding of the Windows Operating Systems
- Intermediate understanding of computer hardware
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows 10 Operating Systems
- Capable of moving quickly when required
- Proficient at task prioritization
- Able to communicate effectively between departments
- Forward-thinking, detail-oriented
- Capability of doing repetitive tasks for long periods of time
- Creating and organizing documentation properly
- Looking to take on new responsibilities
- Ability to lift up to 45 Ibs
- Not afraid to ask questions or for assistance when working
- Good communication skills
- Collaborating with a team and working independently
